Key features

These features let you manage and control the screens at many sites from one central place. Below are the core features available at every site; you can use only the ones you need for the size and requirements of each site.

  • Content scheduling — upload image, video, and web content and schedule it onto screens by date range and time.
  • Media library — register and manage uploaded content and see how it is being played. Before uploading video, please match the specifications in the Video encoding guide.
  • Fit to screen (scale mode) — choose how content fits the screen: Original size / Stretch to fill / Keep ratio (fit) / Keep ratio (cover). It is set in the order screen group → screen → media; the default is Stretch to fill.
  • Device management and monitoring — register devices and monitor their on/off/error status in real time.
  • Real-time control — control play, stop, and volume remotely from the admin console.
  • Multi-screen synchronization — align playback timing across several screens so they look like one large screen.
  • Cross-platform viewer — play the same content on Windows, Linux, and Android devices.
  • Closed-network / on-premises deployment — even where internet access is restricted, you can run the system with offline packages and an on-site relay.
  • Program updates — the CMS registers new versions of on-site programs (such as the viewer), and every device receives them together according to the CMS’s single update mode (automatic · manual). With automatic, devices receive the latest version; with manual, they receive the version approved for the CMS and the programs at once with [지금 업데이트] (Update now). A new version goes to one device first, and once that device is alive, the rest receive it. 🔵 Nothing is installed during playback — each device installs outside operating hours (for a group with no time outside operating hours, at the set update time), and if it is urgent, [지금 설치] (Install now) in the admin console installs right away → Site deployment.
  • Version compatibility check — versions lower than the minimum version this CMS accepts can be uploaded but are not handed out to devices. Devices installed below it are collected separately on the dashboard, so a mismatched version never runs quietly on site.
  • Users and permissions — assign the users who are responsible for content and devices.
  • Audit log — logins and admin actions are recorded with who, when, what, and with what result, and they are viewed by the Master account (your TreeT contact). Attempts that were refused for lack of permission are recorded too.
